A global law company based in DIFC recently engaged Our Stillness to run a Staff Happiness Survey. We worked closely with the HR department ensuring the survey captured key themes and topics relevant to the organisation. The aim of the
survey was to understand more about staff
feelings, levels of stress, work-life balance, attitudes
towards work all the way through to levels
of physical exercise.
The bespoke survey was run for 2-weeks, after which the data was analysed. A final report was delivered and presented back to the HR department.The findings were used by the organisation to run a number of staff initiatives and training courses which will be supported by Our Stillness.

We ran a 12-week program in Dubai and Sharjah on Corporate Mindfulness, Positivity and Happiness. The program was split across different locations and separated for males and females. Key elements of such a program included mindfulness, self- awareness, stress management and self-reflection. This was a tailor-made program to suit the needs of the client and the staff members.
Scientific studies and research findings demonstrate the direct benefits of mindfulness to people’s lives. The practice of mindfulness can support people in their work and home lives and results in many benefits from improved productivity, health and overall sense of purpose.
Open days across organisations in the UAE
A series of open days have been run across the UAE to raise an awareness of stress and its impact on our minds and bodies and the people around us. These open days are hands-on, interactive sessions and provide an insight into the types of stress management techniques available and how they can be integrated into everyday life.

We ran multiple long-term programs for the management layer of the company. The focus was on leadership development which was delivered using blended learning to deliver real impact in an immersive and experiential manner. The program included classroom learning, business coaching, group activities, discussions, homework and off-site team building events.
