For workshops and programs:

A 50% up-front payment is required to confirm the events and programs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full within 72 hours prior to start of the first session. If payment is not received, the session will be cancelled. Payment is to be made through the suitable payment method.

Cancellations within 48 hours or client’s failure for the event to take place will result in full payment taken for the event.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be given unless in very specific circumstances and based on the contractual agreement between both parties.

Late start

If the Client is late for an appointment/workshop, the session will need to finish at the agreed time and will be flexible where it can be. For any question, please contact us on info@ourstillness.com
